Our pharmacist reviews your application. Notification within 24 hours if successful.

Face-to-Face Consultation
Contacted to arrange consultation at The Village Pharmacy in Prestbury.
Am I Eligible?
Mounjaro will only be prescribed to people who meet a certain weight and height criteria. These criteria will be strictly adhered to when the prescribing professional assesses each consultation.
BMI Requirements:
- PRIMARY BMI 30 or more

SECONDARY
BMI over 27 with:
- • Raised cholesterol
- • Raised blood pressure
- • Type 2 diabetes
- • Obstructive sleep apnoea
