• The Lipotrim Programme, which involves meal replacement, and
• Alli, a mediciation that can boost your weight loss as part of an ongoing diet plan.

What is the Lipotrim programme?

The Lipotrim programme uses a nutrient-complete Total Food Replacement formula, which includes chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavoured drinks, chicken soup, and a choice of either coconut or peanut butter flavoured flapjacks.

The programme is designed to provide appropriate amounts of all the essential nutrients your body needs each day with a minimum number of calories. So the body’s reserves of sugar and fat are drawn on to meet the body’s needs. In this way body weight is lost, if you follow the programme properly (with no cheating), you should be able to lose about a stone a month.

What is Alli?

alli isn't a magic bullet which makes dieting easy; it's designed to be used with a support programme, and can reward your efforts by boosting your weight loss. So for every 2 lb you work to lose, adding alli can help you lose 1 lb more. alli works by blocking 25% of the fat you eat from being absorbed so makes your healthy choices even healthier.
